Kaneshie Awudome ‘3’ JHS organises orientation for new students
The management of the Kaneshie Awudome ‘3’ Junior High School in Accra has organised an orientation programme for Form One students.
The programme is part of the school’s activities lined up to educate students on the various subjects, as well as the rules and regulations of the school.
Explaining the procedure for admission to Form One, the Headmistress of the school, Mrs Agnes Rose Dinsey, said “at the beginning of every academic year, students from various basic schools are admitted.”
She said every student who wanted to be admitted to the school had to attend vacation classes in the school for four weeks during the long vacation and at the end of the classes, the students write an entrance examination in the four core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Social Studies and Integrated Science.
