Elder Mireku billed for Extravagant Praise

Organised by Heavenly Bells, the event will be a platform for worshippers to thank God for His goodness and mercies throughout the year.          

Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz,  Elder Abraham Atuanor, president of Heavenly Bells, said  this  year’s is going to be great as more ‘powerful’ acts and pastors have been publicised for the upcoming show.

Extravagant Praise has in the past years featured artistes such as Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Francis Amo, Rev Bruce Ghartey, Elder Emmanuel Arthur, Elder Mireku among others.

Heavenly Bells is a Gospel music ministry of the Church of Pentecost (COP) La Area. The group has a membership of 40 who fellowship mostly with COP churches in La and its environs.

Among the missions of the group is to groom young people with raw potentials to become very resourceful in their chosen fields of endeavour.

The group has two albums, Thank You Lord and Wo. They also have some renditions of well-known songs of the Church of Pentecost such as  Gethsemane (a COP original tune) Shine On Me by Apostle Prof Opoku Onyinah, Awanwad) (Wonderful Love), Nyonmo Su)m) (God's love; a Presbyterian Hymn), Mogya Medley, some Christmas Carol  renditions (Mondi D3w) and a Ga Praise medley.
