Mrs Esther Boakye is an accomplished marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the private security industry. Before assuming the role of CEO at Westec Security Systems (GH) Limited, she served as Credit Control Manager, where her extensive expertise contributed to the company’s financial and operational efficiency.
Her sharp decision-making abilities, adaptability, and commitment to fostering a dynamic workplace culture have significantly enhanced productivity and strengthened client relationships.
Mrs Boakye holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast. She is a dedicated Christian, happily married, and the proud mother of three daughters.
