Westec Security CEO, Esther Boakye, inducted into Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame

The CEO of Westec Security Systems Ghana Limited, Mrs Esther Boakye, has been honoured for her outstanding contributions to the private security sector and exceptional leadership at the 9th edition of the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame Awards 2025.

The prestigious recognition was conferred on her during a ceremony held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra on 28th February 2025.

Mrs Boakye’s latest accolade underscores her dedication, expertise, and impact on the private security sector over the years. Her visionary leadership, administrative excellence, and unwavering commitment to security service delivery have earned her a place in the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame—a top-tier corporate network of distinguished CEOs and business owners who collaborate and support one another.

The Hall of Fame, initiated by The Business Executive, serves as an exclusive executive association that fosters connections among its members.

Speaking to the media after receiving the award, Mrs Esther Boakye expressed profound appreciation to Westec Security clients, vendors, and stakeholders for their unwavering support. 

She also commended her dedicated staff for their relentless efforts in delivering detailed security planning, seamless coordination, and timely protection services.

She extended special thanks to God and the visionaries behind the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame Awards, dedicating her award to Westec Security’s Board of Directors, management team, staff, and her family, whose support has been instrumental in her journey.

Mrs Esther Boakye is an accomplished marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the private security industry. Before assuming the role of CEO at Westec Security Systems (GH) Limited, she served as Credit Control Manager, where her extensive expertise contributed to the company’s financial and operational efficiency.

Her sharp decision-making abilities, adaptability, and commitment to fostering a dynamic workplace culture have significantly enhanced productivity and strengthened client relationships.

Mrs Boakye holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast. She is a dedicated Christian, happily married, and the proud mother of three daughters.
