The Red Family to support Nectar Foundation
It is an orphanage at Nuaso – Newtown, Odumase Krobo, in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality in the Eastern Region, Ghana.
In collaboration with the Manchester United Foundation, the Ghana Manchester United Supporters Club will organise the Red Family outreach to Nectar Foundation to raise funds for the event.
The initiative is to provide financial support to the over 20 orphans in the Nectar Foundation. The event, slated for September 26 at the orphanage at Odumase Krobo in the Eastern Region, will witness one of the organisers, Michael Paintsil, launch the MTN mobile money number 0242306924 to appeal to worthy donors for financial aid to support the orphans.
The Nectar Foundation is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) initiated and founded in 2002 by a Reverend Minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Felix A. Anyasor (late).

The foundation is currently supporting over 20 children between the ages of 4 and 21. Nectar employs three full-time staff to look after the children.
The foundation provides support to foster parents, direct financial and material support to the needy, volunteer programmes, skills, among others.
