Jesus Navas :A family of footballers
Manchester City star, Jesus Navas, might not be the only player with a family background of footballers. However, the contrasting fortunes between him and his brother seem more profound.
While Navas is enjoying his career with English Premier League giants, Man City, his elder brother, Marco, has seen his fortunes limited within second division clubs.
The 29-year-old former Sevilla player, after breaking through the first team, was considered as a potential star for both club and country, but his anxiety problems forced him to quit international football.
Married to Alejandro Moral with a son, Navas played most of his career with the Spanish club, making about 393 appearances and winning six major titles, including two UEFA Cups and two Copa del Rey trophies.
In 2013 after several speculations about the future of the player, Navas was reported to have been captured by Manchester City, with his transfer fee reportedly valued at £14.9 million.
The player responded to the transfer by stating, "this is the right moment for me to take this step. I'm very happy with the opportunity and the decision."
