Nana Fosuhene ventures into music with Serwaa Akoto
ROAD manager for renowned Ghanaian music duo Akatakyie, Nana Fosuhene has stepped into the limelight with his debut single, Serwaa Akoto.
The track, which features Kesse, winner of Mentor Season Four, is a Highlife tune that celebrates love and pays homage to the ideal Ghanaian woman.
Produced by A.T.O and released earlier this month, Serwaa Akoto fuses traditional Highlife rhythms with contemporary elements, creating a song that can easily grab the attention of listeners of all ages.
Its lyrics encourage Ghanaian women to embrace love from genuine men, emphasising the beauty of authentic relationships.
In an exclusive interview with Graphic Showbiz, Nana Fosuhene shared the inspiration behind the song stating "This song is a tribute to the Ghanaian woman, her strength, grace and beauty.
I wanted to create something that highlights her virtues and inspires both men and women to value love and respect in relationships."
Despite being new to the music scene, Nana Fosu Fosu is no stranger to the industry, having worked behind the scenes with Akatakyie for years.
On how he plans to make his presence felt and maintain relevance, he expressed his readiness to learn and evolve.
"I understand that the music industry is constantly changing, and as someone who has been behind the scenes, I’ve seen firsthand the effort it takes to stay relevant. I am ready to learn, adapt and give my best in terms of delivery and quality. My goal is to not only entertain but also inspire through my music," Nana Fosuhene stated.
