Dossena relishes comeback

Former Black Stars coach, Giuseppe Dossena, has given the strongest indication about his second coming to Ghana.
But this time around the Italian tactician hopes to land a job as technical advisor.

Fondly remembered by Ghanaians with his imposing presence on the Stars, Dosena told the Graphic Spors that he would be delighted to come back to Ghana.
Dossena who was in Brazil as one of the 2014 World Cup Observers expressed disappointment about the dismissal of Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng from the Stars camp but was quick to condemn their conduct.
Sulley was dismissed from the Stars camp ahead of the team’s crucial Group G clash against Portugal for engaging in a brutal physical battle with Moses Armah, a member of the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association. Kevin was also axed for his role in the fracas.
Dosena said one of the players in the Stars squad who impressed him so much in the tournament was Rabiu Mohammed and urged  Coach Kwesi Appiah to keep an eye on him.
Meanwhile, a sizeable number of Brazilian are still mourning the Stars exit from the 2014 World Cup.
The Stars last Thursday lost 1-2 to Portugal in front of a packed crowd of Brazilian crowd  who threw their weight behind the Ghanaians.
Despite that massive support for Ghana, an own goal from John Boys and a Ronaldo strike ended the Stars World Cup dream to the disappointment of the Brazilian fans..
