Christ The King International donates to 2 schools
Christ the King International School has donated clothing, learning materials, toiletries, bags of rice, shoes and money to two basic schools in the Greater Accra Region.
The beneficiary schools were St Peter’s Catholic School at Ayikuma and St Andrew Catholic School at Kordiabe, both in the Greater Accra Region.
The items were presented to the schools by the Headmistress of Christ The King International School, Mrs Veronica Laryea.
She was assisted by the Assistant Headmaster, Mr James Mensah. She indicated that the donations formed part of the school’s Lenten sacrifice and “part of our social responsibility to help less-endowed schools to provide quality education to their students and pupils”.

She also announced the adoption of the two schools and pledged the school’s unflinching support for them.
St. Andrew was named after Father Andrew Campbell, the Local Manager of Christ The King International School.
The donors took the opportunity to visit other projects initiated by Father Campbell.
The headmasters of St Andrew and St. Peter’s Catholic schools’, Messrs Ernest Boakye and Joseph Kpeli, received the donations on behalf of their respective schools.
