Good morning Africa

Good morning my dear mother continent

Africa, Oh land that sees my shining days

I am happy to be your lovely child
I am so proud to be a beautiful African child

Africa, dear Africa!

You are the land flowing with milk and honey

Oh beautiful Africa, beacon of humanity

Africa, antique land of peace

Sovereign land of solidarity and prosperity

Will you again smile one great day?

Surely, pretty Africa will see her light

Shining in the firmament one great day

The day all her children gather as one

The day all her nations will be conscious

Of her so great motherly love

Yes, so bright will she be on that day

The day of real good morning Africa.
