Webinar on claims and complaints for October 28
A webinar meant to discuss customer satisfaction and how to make claims and complaints effectively is slated for Wednesday October 28.
Dubbed, "Putting Customers First: Making Claims and Complaints,” the event expected to be held via Zoom is to host personalities such as Yvonne McCarthy, President, West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals; Iris Logan, Head, Claims, Hollard Insurance; and Nda Ahale Polley, Complaints/Claims Manager, (Complaints Management and Advice Bureau), Ghana Insurers Association.
It is an initiative of Hollard Ghana.
Speaking on this session of the webinar series, the Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Affairs of Hollard Ghana, Ms Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo, said preparations were set for the event.
