Two NGOs to build clinic in Ashanti
Two non-governmental organisations (NGOs), the George and Angelina Owusu Foundation and Sanford World Clinics, are collaborating to provide a medical centre in the Ashanti Region.
The two organisations will perform the sod-cutting for the construction of the George and Angelina Owusu Medical Centre at Akyawkrom, near Ejisu, at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
The facility will provide world-class medical services, including OPD care, maternal care, laboratory services, detention services, wound care, and a pharmacy.
A statement jointly issued by the two organisations said the George and Angelina Owusu Medical Centre would be managed by Sanford Health, under its world-renowned Sanford World Clinics initiative.
