Help safeguard media freedom
The Director of Newspapers of the Graphic Communications Group Ltd, Mr Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, has charged journalists and media managers to safeguard media freedom in the country’s constitution.
He called on journalists to give meaning to the regime of self-regulation as a functional means of developing free and responsible media.

Speaking on the topic, “A charge to keep: Respecting our code of ethics” at the first in the series of monthly lectures being organised by the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Mr Boadu-Ayeboafoh said, “If we are to discharge the obligation in the best interest of our people then we must respect the provisions of our code of ethics as essential for societal harmony and order.”
