Sidiku Buari’s son Ashraff grabs scholarship in US
ASHRAFF Buari, 26-year-old son of former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Alhaji Sidiku Buari has won the Dean's scholarship of the University of Pittsburg Medical Dental School.
Ashraff Buari, who is currently studying Dentistry at the University of Pittsburg Medical Dental School, started his education at Faith Montessori in Ghana and later attended Atlanta Metropolitan College in the United States.
He was then admitted to the Columbus University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Speaking to Graphic Showbiz about his son’s achievements, Alhaji Sidiku Buari said he was a proud father.
“Ashraff has made us all very proud, he has always been a brilliant boy so we are not so surprised. We wish him the very best in all his endeavours and we believe that he will continue to make us proud wherever he finds himself,” he added.
Ashraff said he was grateful to the school for the scholarship and thanked God for His blessings. “My special thanks also go to my parents Alhaji Sidiku Buari and Hajia Muinatu Buari for their support and for always being there for me,” he said.
According to him, his wish has always been to serve mankind and he prays that Allah will see him through.
