Patch Bay band for ‘Soul To Soul’ at +233
The Patch Bay band led on electric bass by Philip Acquah will be at the +233 Jazz Bar Bar and Grill at North Ridge in Accra tomorrow night to thrill lovers of ‘old skuul’ music to some great tunes at the August ‘Soul To Soul’ bash.
Soul to Soul is an outdoor retro event which showcases a seamless blend of deejay and live band music from soul, funk & R&B to highlife, hiplife and a host of ‘old skuul’ mixes. It happens on the first Friday of every month at the +233.
The Patch Bay band is a collection of brilliant young players who masterfully deliver a variety of musical styles.
Past editions of Soul to Soul has featured top-rate artistes like Raquel, Daasebre Gyamena, Kofi B, Ofie Cudjoe, Sidney, Nana Yaa, Samini, Ben Brako and Kofi Nti. There will be a surprise guest at Friday’s show.
Soul to Soul is produced by Karl Aubyn Events and + 233, and partnered by Citi FM. A wide variety of drinks and grills from fine wines to chicken, fish and pork khebabs are served all night to a discerning clientele.
