CFAO Equipment sensitises contractors

CFAO Equipment is to sensitise contractors and entrepreneurs to the useful qualities of the JCB Backhoe Loader, which it retails in the country.

The company is the sole authorised dealer of the JCB Backhoe Loader and is expected to share with contractors in the Tema, Obuasi, Kumasi and Tarkwa in the Western Region on the effectiveness of the machine and how they can maximise its use for the growth of their businesses.

The initiative will take six days, starting with a road show through the principal streets of each of the selected regions followed by a special investment seminar for stakeholders.

The Executive Director of CFAO Equipment, Mr Bruno Gobilliard, explained that the initiative was to help educate contractors and entrepreneurs on the investment potentials that the machine offered.

The backhoe, also called a rear actor or back actor, is an excavator that has a digging bucket at the end of a two-part articulated arm. It is often mounted on the back of a tractor or front loader.

Mr Gobilliard said the road show and investment seminar would also afford existing clients and stakeholders the opportunity to know and learn about the new design of the machine and its features.

It would also enable the management of CFAO Equipment to discuss with industry experts better ways of improving their construction operations, he added.
