ABii National adds two new branches

ABII National, a savings and loans company, has opened two new branches in Ashaiman and Aflao as part of efforts to extend its services to clients in the Greater Accra and Volta regions.

This brings to eleven the total number of offices operated by the company in less than two years of its existence.

Speaking at the opening of its Ashaiman Branch, the Managing Director of the company, Mr Godfried Osei-Boakye, said the move was in line with the company’s corporate strategic goal of enlarging its customer base and creating enhanced opportunities for more towns and communities to enable them to access quality banking services.

He said the extension of its services to the two major towns would create more convenient range of reliable and pleasant banking services to the indigenes.

According to him, the company, since its inception, has demonstrated its preparedness to build strong and viable business partnerships within its areas of operations.

“With trading being the main occupation of the people within the Ashiaman and Aflao areas, our product lines and operational efficiencies will perfectly suit the personal and business activities of the people,” he said.

He stated that the company’s focus was on its customers, since ‘customer focus’ was its core value, adding that the company had developed various customer service initiatives to meet their needs and expectations.

The Head of Finance and Operations at ABii National, Mr Noah Otuteye, said a total number of 17,418 customers had so far opened accounts with the company with a total deposit of GH¢47.80million.

He said the total loans given amounted to GH¢28.90 million, emphasising that it was safe doing business with the company.
