The Nobles, who have maintained an unbeaten streak in the ABL for two consecutive years, are poised to bring their A-game if chosen to represent Ghana in the BAL Qualifying Tournaments, also known as The Road to BAL.

Key figures from the Knights conveyed their enthusiasm during a press conference held at the Jobyco Hotel in Spintex, Accra. Dr. Eric Opoku Antwi, a confident co-founder, elaborated on the team's transformative journey.

"While our ascent from Division 2 obscurity to securing the ABL Division 1 title has been extraordinary, our primary objective has always been to blaze a trail as the first Ghanaian representatives in the Basketball African League."

Coach Selorm Thomas, buoyed by the team's recent success, emphasized the upcoming challenge, stating, "As a brand and a team, we approach every success with utmost seriousness. Spintex Knights is here to make a lasting impact. With adherence to the regulations set by the Ghana Basketball Association, we believe we are prepared to represent Ghana at the Basketball African League."

The Nobles' compelling triumph over the Ghana Revenue Authority’s Braves, the reigning champions, ignited their aspiration for a coveted spot in the BAL. Having maintained a flawless record of 22 games played without a loss throughout the season, they clinched the Greater Accra Basketball League Men’s Division 1 championship with a convincing two-game series sweep.

Captain Elvis Pobi Asiaw, acknowledging the team's triumphs, underscored their collective determination to pose a formidable challenge on the continental stage.

As the Spintex Knights await a potential nomination to participate in the BAL Qualifying Tournaments, Ghanaian basketball enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the prospect of witnessing their national representatives making history on the Basketball Africa League platform.
