The Technical Advisor of the Black Stars, Winfried Schäfer, has arrived in the country to help in the national team's preparation towards their FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar.
Schäfer, the German tactician, who was appointed in January, arrived last Monday night and was welcomed on arrival by Assistant Coach of the Black Stars, Desmond Ofei.
The German is expected to bring his over four decades of expertise to bear as they strive to qualify for the World Cup.
The 75-year-old ex-Cameroun tactician was appointed in January to provide technical guidance and oversee the development of football in Ghana.

GFA visit Seidu
Meanwhile, GFA President, Kurt Simeon-Okraku, and the Vice Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee, Stephen Appiah, paid a visit to injured Black Stars defender, Alidu Seidu, at his base in France.
Alidu is currently undergoing rehabilitation after a successful surgery in December last year. He has earned 20 caps and scored one goal for Ghana since his debut in 2022.
Appiah, a former Ghana captain, brought his wealth of experience and empathy to the visit, offering words of encouragement and support to the right-back.
