Winning League will be bonus — Ocran
Wa All Stars’ top marksman, Emmanuel Ocran, says winning the Ghana Premier League this season will be an icing on the cake, since the club’s target has been a Top Four finish.
He said considering the club’s current form, they would take the remaining matches as and when they came, hoping to beat Liberty Professionals at Dansoman on Sunday September 11.
He contended that their encounter with Aduana Stars at Wa on September 15 would be the decider for the title before they close the season with another tricky engagement with Sekondi Hasaacas at the Sekondi Stadium Essipon, on September 18.
“We are happy to be on top of the log but for now, we are taking each match one after the other. We are focused and we will not be complacent,” the gifted Ocran told the Daily Graphic in an interview yesterday.

The in-form All Stars striker, who currently has six goals to his credit after 19 games, expressed his confidence that no team could halt Wa All Stars’ historic path to the Premier League title.
He called on the supporters of the club to rally behind them to complete the season in grand style.
Ocran secured a hat-trick against Dreams FC in their Week 26 League encounter at the Wa park last Sunday.
