Robbers

The Regional Secretary of the party, Mr Sampson Ahianyo, said the robbers numbering about six and wielding guns threatened the watchman who confronted the criminals.

He was of the belief that the robbers were looking for money since the party was conducting the parliamentary primaires.

Mr Ahianyo was also of the view that the criminals were in for information regarding the biometric registration and using the removal of curtains and TV as a decoy.

The Central Regional Police confirmed the incident and said investigations were underway to arrest the culprits.
