He also promises to build a solid, strong, united and responsive NDC that will reward hard work.
Mr Adams is contesting the primary with three others, including the incumbent, Mr Daniel Kwasi Ashiamah. The others are Ibrahim Adam Mumuni and Daniel Adiepena.
Contributions to constituency
Speaking to the Daily Graphic about his contributions to the constituency over the years, Mr Adams, who is also the immediate past National Organiser of the NDC, recounted that he had supplied educational materials to schools, including readers and computers to basic schools, and also paid the fees of some needy brilliant students at various levels.
Among other things, he said, he had supported farmers awards from 2013 to 2015, lobbied for road projects under the cocoa road concept, facilitated the employment of a number of young people from the district, supported schools and community sports activities, especially football, in addition to providing disaster victims with relief items.
Support to party
At the party level, Mr Adams enumerated that he had supplied a minimum of 10 plastic chairs per branch to all the 86 branches of the party and paid for 10,000 membership cards for the constituency.
Also, he had supplied branches of the constituency who were not on the national grid with solar lights in addition to supporting the branches with farm implements and inputs.
“As MP, I will work to unite the people of Buem in order to place them in the position for accelerated development and growth since unity is paramount to achieving these targets,” he stressed.
