
Support education in Sefwi area— Businessman
The Patron of the Sefwi Inter-Schools Quiz Board, Mr Richard Aidoo, has called on Ghanaians to contribute their widows’ mite to support quality education in the country, especially those in the rural communities.
He said in the current global socio-economic, political, scientific and technological advancement, it is only education that could keep nations abreast of the times.
Mr Aidoo was addressing the Grand Finale of the second phase of the Sefwi Inter-Schools Quiz Competition at Bibiani.
He said he led a team of education Think-Tanks to initiate the Sefwi Inter-Schools Quiz Competition in December, 2014, to promote effective and intellectual education within the Sefwi Area.

He said the first phase of the competition involved five selected Basic Schools from Awaso- Asempanaye and Atronsu in Zone A of the Sefwi Bibiani-Ahwiaso-Bekwai District Directorate of the Ghana Education Service (GES).
