Anidasuo Kuo supports Countryside Children’s Home
Anidasuo Kuo, a group based at CMB in Accra dedicated to the promotion and well-being of members, has donated assorted items to the Countryside Children’s Welfare Home at Bawjiase in the Central Region.
It donated items that included bags of rice, cooking oil, beverages, corn dough, vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, pineapples, oranges, watermelons, used clothing and an undisclosed amount of money.
The items were meant for the upkeep of the inmates of the orphanage.
The donation, which was done during the Christmas festivities, was the second following a similar one last year.

Smiles
The secretary of the association, Madam Abena Konadu, who did the presentation on behalf of its members, said the support was to put smiles on the faces of the inmates at the home.
She said the period of Christmas was the time to show love, especially to disadvantaged children who had found themselves in an orphanage.
On behalf of the association, she called on philanthropists, non-governmental organisations and other public-spirited persons to “come to the aid of the children.
Love
Let’s show them love as a result of the situation they find themselves in”
A staff of the home, Humphrey Patterson Humpatee, who received the items on behalf of management, thanked the club for its care and support of the children.
He said the items would go a long way to provide care for the children.
