Adansi Asokwa Zongo gets new chief

Chief Ishaq Adda  Kensake, the newly installed Zongo Chief for Adansi Asokwa in the Adansi  North District in the Ashanti Region, has given the assurance he will work in close collaboration with  the stakeholders and the entire people to help accelerate the pace of development in the Zongo community.

He said that his administration would ensure that the youth at Zongo would be encouraged to go to school

He said education was the bedrock of the country and therefore imperative for the youth who were the future leaders to have better education to enable them to take over from the aged.  

Speaking to newsmen  immediately after being installed by Alhaji Gibrine Garanga, the Paramount Chief  of Adansi Zongo Community, Chief Kenske noted that peace  and unity were paramount for accelerated development and therefore  advised  all to sustain and maintain it.

The Paramount Adansi Zongo Chief advised the new Asokwa Zongo Chief to be humble and live with the people and mobilise them to undertake development projects.

He also advised the people to rally behind their chief so as to bring development.

The Chief Executive  Officer of Adaansi  North, Nana Alhaji Majdoud Lateef ,assured of his administration's continued  work with the Asokwa  Zongo Community and the new chief for accelerated development 

He advised the people to give their  new chief the necessary support  and  encouragement.

Chief Addai Ansake , 52, is the deputy Coordinator of Ghana Youth Employment and Entreprenuership  Development Agency (GYEEDA) in the Adansi North District.
