Junior Graphic rolls out Ananse’s treasure hunt contest

Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL), organisers of the Etikelenkele (Ananse) Competition in the Junior Graphic, has promised attractive prizes to all children who participate in the treasure hunt contest and answer all questions correctly.

The six-week competition, which started in the August 10-16, 2016 edition of the Junior Graphic, is in a form of a treasure hunt in which Ananse’s son, Etikelenkele, whom the story revolves around, embarks on a journey from the Junior Graphic office on the Graphic Road to the Kakum Forest in the Central Region.

The Events and Promotions Manager of the GCGL, Mrs Abigail Hagan, said “during Etikelenkele’s journey there are various treasures which participants need to find and also answer the questions which are in the form of mazes and puzzles in each week’s edition of the Junior Graphic.”

“At the end of the six-week competition, children will have to cut and put all the publications indicating where the treasures are hidden into an envelop and send them either personally to the head office of the Graphic Communications Group Limited, publishers of the Junior Graphic, in Accra or any of the regional offices of the company or post them to: Junior Graphic, P.O. Box 742, Accra,” she said.

Mrs Hagan encouraged all children to participate in the competition and win wonderful prizes for themselves.
