Encourage children to attend fun-laden events — Chris Klove

Parents have been advised to allow their children to attend fun and entertainment events to enable them to unearth their talents.

Speaking to the Junior Graphic, the Curriculum Director of Kinder Oase Company, Mr Christopher Klove, said when children attend such events, they learn a lot of things which widen their knowledge.

 At a children’s festival dubbed, Kiddifest at the Mmofra Place at Dzorwulu in Accra, Mr Klove said during such activities, children mingle with their mates, share new ideas and learn new things through play.

He pointed out that children learn a lot through playful activities since at their age, they learn faster that way.

‘’So this Kiddifest is all about bringing children all over the country to do various activities together while helping them unearth their talents as well,’’ he added.

He assured parents that the programmes were put together by organisations with professionals who knew how to handle children, ‘’so parents had no cause to worry about their children’s safety,’’ he added.

The programme, which was sponsored by Fan Milk Limited, treated children to poetry recitals, food and drinks, magical displays, dancing and singing competitions.
