Jazzy, Dr Sid to feature at GH-Naija challenge

Whoever is the manager in charge of the Nigeria contingent for this weekend’s Ghana Meets Naija concert must have been thinking strategy as he makes additional representations to beef up their side.

With a few days more to go to the mega concert, it has been revealed that enigmatic and multiple award winning producer/singer, Don Jazzy together with his Mavin Records act, Dr. Sid have joined the all-star line-up of artistes jetting down from Nigeria for the concert at the Accra International Conference Centre.

This is a welcome development for most music fans who may have anxiously waited to see Don Jazzy take to the Ghana Meets Naija stage.  Together with Dr. Sid, the two acts present an unparalleled repertoire of hit bangers from Pop Something, Something About You, Over the Moon, Talented and a host of others to thrill music lovers.

Dr. Sid’s latest tune, Lady Don Dada which incidentally features Don Jazzy, is fast becoming a mega-hit on the club circuit in both Ghana and Nigeria and is sure to be one of the highlights of his performance as he lights up the Accra International Conference centre  on Saturday night.

With the air of anticipation currently at fever pitch, it is not surprising that tickets are said to have almost run out as fans queue up to grab the last bit of remaining tickets to what has become the biggest musical experience on the Ghanaian event calendar.

Packing armour of the biggest hit makers and chart toppers in Ghana and Nigeria, this year’s Ghana Meets Naija concert is perhaps the most highly anticipated edition and is sure to exceed all expectations as has been achieved in the last two years.
