Tema Christian Community Microfinance relocates
The Tema branch of the Christian Community Microfinance Limited (CCML), formerly at Community 2, has been relocated to Community 1.
The relocation forms part of an expansion drive to bring banking services closer to its customers.
The Board Chairman of CCML, Mr Albert Essamuah, said the new place was strategic because it offered an opportunity for staff to interact with its customers and new clients on their products and services.
He said customers demanded greater convenience, increased accessibility, a wider variety of products and services, improved system availability, good customer services and faster turnaround time.
“As our client base continues to increase, especially from other communities, the mission of the company is to provide a more spacious environment to customers, which will ensure effective and efficient banking services,” he said.
Mr Essamuah expressed the hope that the relocated branch would help grow the bank’s commercial banking portfolio and would be particularly relevant to the numerous businesses within the area.
Mrs Sheila Nsor-Ambala, the Tema Branch Manager of CCML, stated that the company would organise investment programmes to educate the public on the importance of savings, with the focus of expanding its operations and reaching out to clients.
“We are customer obsessed because our success and achievements depend on the customers transacting business with us and as a result we will organise monthly programmes to create awareness of our products to both our new and old clients,” she added.
