Surfline to commence business in the Western Region
Surfline Communications, a wholly owned Ghanaian telecommunication company, which used to provide internet services to consumers and businesses in Accra and Tema only, has decided to extend its operations to the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolitan area in the Western Region in the coming months.
The company has given the assurance that with the power of its technology, it will support businesses, government agencies as well as health and educational institutions to increase their operational efficiencies and explore new possibilities in the region.
Surfline, which obtained a licence from the National Communications Authority (NCA) in 2011 as Ghana’s first 4G LTE, has since offered mobile broadband wireless internet service experience to individuals and businesses in the Greater Accra Region and has now decided to move into the oil city of Sekondi-Takoradi and shortly to the Ashanti Region.
