Samsung introduces two electronic appliances

Technology giant, Samsung Electronics Company Limited, has introduced two different electronic appliances onto the Ghanaian market.

 The new appliances are Air Conditioner (AR5000), and the Top Mounted Freezer (RT6000K) designed for comfort.

 At a press briefing in Accra, the Product Manager of Samsung Electronics Company Limited, Mr Selorm Abasa-Addo, said “Samsung is the first manufacturer to bring this new appliance exclusively to the Ghanaian market.”

“Many consumers have dreamed of owning a spacious refrigerator which keeps food fresher longer, so their weekly grocery is kept for a longer period,” he said.    

A Director at Samsung Electronics West Africa, Mr Sapan Patel, for his part, said the turbo function of the AR 5000 helped to cool the room within a shorter time.

He added that the AR 5000 air conditioner was the perfect companion for a good night sleep because it has good sleep mode which maintains a steady room temperature for the user to enjoy a sound sleep while saving energy.

“The new air conditioner comes with an auto clean function which reduced the moisture indoor and helped in preventing the breeding of bacteria,” he said.

He said the new appliances are covered by a 12-month warranty and is available in all Samsung authorised outlets nationwide.
