Mantrac holds power solution seminar Sept. 15

Mantrac Ghana Limited, the sole authorised dealer of Caterpillar (CAT) products in the country, will hold a Power Solution Seminar in Accra on Tuesday, September 15, to sensitise customers to new CAT models of power generators and hybrid solutions using the latest solar and energy storage technologies.

The one-day seminar comes at a time when the country and especially industry were going through a major power crisis.

Over the past years, Mantrac has supplied and supported very major power supply projects in the country with its trusted CAT-branded diesel power generating sets.

For more than 85 years, Caterpillar has been providing power to customers in various industries, hotels, mining, banking, telecom, schools and many more.

In Ghana, Mantrac has succeeded in closing major power deals such as the recent 5.8 megawatts diesel power generator deal with Perseus Mining to boost its on-site power generating capacity at its Edikan Gold Mine.

Speaking to the media ahead of the seminar, the Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Mantrac Ghana, Mr Daniel A. Pabby, indicated the company was constantly improving its product offerings to suit various applications in its markets and areas of operations.

He said the seminar was expected to attract 100 customers and potential ones in the various levels of the equipment management support solutions, where officials of the company would shed more light on Cat Finance collaboration with Stanbic Bank Ghana.
