Ambassador Heights to be completed by end of year

The first five-star mixed-use luxury residential develop-ment, adjacent to the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra is nearing completion.

The construction of the facility, named Ambassador Heights, is on schedule and a phased turnover process will commence in December this year.

The project which is being developed by KHI Ghana 01, in partnership with MAN Enterprise, was started in June last year and the first “City Home” was completed in March this year.

A release issued in Accra said, “The vision was to create an exclusive community comprising residences commanding the best in location, quality and lifestyle.” 

It also said it had an integrated homeowner experience with access to the restaurants, retail, pool, spa, fitness, meeting and event facilities of the surrounding Movenpick Hotel and Emporium Commercial Com-plex.

The release said the vision was now being realised as the third phase of the integrated and master-planned commu-nity was nearing completion.

It quoted the Sales Manager for the project, Mr Robert Davis, as saying, “I am proud to say the final product we delivered within Ambassador Heights has been incredibly well received by all our homeowners and those who have had the select opportunity to view it”.

“Our development team has fulfilled their promise to create the most luxurious multi-home residential development in Ghana," he stressed.
