The ceremony attracted many dignitaries including the Queenmother of the Akyem Bosome Traditional Area, Nana Kwartemaa Munkyim and four Members of Parliament (MP’s).

The Board Chairman said that the bank declared profit after tax of GH¢384,424.

The MP for Ofoase/Ayirebi, Mr Oppong Kusi, was elected as a new board member of the bank, while Ms  Aba Amissah Quainoo retained her position as a board member in a keenly contested election conducted by the Deputy Eastern Regional Director of the Electoral Commission, Mr John Appiah Baffoe.

The management of the bank honoured a number of its outstanding customers at the function.
