uniBank launches 'Let's Go Brazil'

uniBank Ghana Limited, official bank of the Black Stars, yesterday launched the “Let’s Go Brazil Promo” which promises the lucky winner a fully paid trip to Brazil to watch all three Black Stars preliminary World Cup matches in addition to $10,000 spending money.

Speaking at the launch of the campaign at the bank’s head office in Accra, Head of Marketing and Public Relations of the  bank, Richard Osei Anane, explained the modalities of the raffle, saying  that all participants who qualify for the draw must have a minimum deposit of GH¢100 and maintain a minimum balance of GH¢500 at the time of the draw.

“You just need to walk into any of our over 25 branches as a new or existing customer, deposit an amount of GH¢100 which entitles you to an E-coupon or reference number.

“From then on you need to maintain a minimum balance of GH¢500 at the time of any of the three draws to qualify,” he said.

The Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Felix Nyarko-Pong, stated that as the official  sponsor of the Black Stars, his outfit was content with supporting the Stars to qualify for the World Cup.

“But we feel that in order for the team to capture the ‘golden fleece’ in Brazil, support is needed from  fans hence the need for such a promotion”, he added.

The unibank “Lets Go Brazil Promo” is expected to  end on May 14 but would be preceded by two mini-draws and a grand draw supervised by the National Lottery Authority (NLA) 12 days after the promotion ends.

Aside the mega trip to Brazil there will be consolation prizes such as DStv decoders and and Samsung televisons up for grabs.
