The tournament features Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria, all vying for a coveted ticket to the final round in Tunisia from July 13-23, 2023.

The teams will compete fiercely at the Eden Heights facility to determine the deserving qualifier.

Cote d'Ivoire's junior Elephants are no strangers to this pursuit, having participated in three Final Rounds in 2013, 2019, and 2021. They secured 8th, 9th, and their best performance of 5th place in those respective years.

With a chance to make their fourth appearance, Cote d'Ivoire is poised to seize the opportunity and make it count in Accra.

Nigeria, boosted by their previous bronze medal finishes in 2009 and 2019, is determined to make a fourth appearance on the grand stage. While they achieved a modest 5th position in 2015, they are eager to surpass their bronze medal achievements and face the challenge head-on.

Their success hinges on their performances against Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire.

Host country Ghana may appear to be the underdog on paper. According to available records, Ghana has not previously made an appearance at this level. However, this does not discount the possibility of surprising both Cote d'Ivoire and Nigeria in their upcoming matches.
