Hearts host Tanda tomorrow

Accra Hearts of Oak will host Ivorian Premier side, Tanda FC, in an international friendly tomorrow at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The match, a precursor to Hearts’ big clash with Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Monday, is part of the Phobians’ preparations towards the upcoming season.

The Phobians have seen a great deal of activity during the off-season having featured in the Top 4 competition and playing all the way to the final before pulling out of the competition following a disagreement with the Ghana League Clubs Association(GHALCA).

But tomorrow’s encounter with the Ivorians will be the first outing for most of Hearts new signings whose deals were officially consumated only last week.

They include goalkeepers Seidu Mutawakilu and Abdoulaye Soulama formerly of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Samuel Yamoah, Atiga Mohammed (Hasaacas), and Hamza Mohammed, among others.

Kick-off is at 4pm.
