Chelsea, Man Utd chase £55 million Pogba

Juventus  chief Giuseppe Marotta admits clubs interested in Paul Pogba are prepared to pay between £50m and £55m in the summer.

The France international has been heavily linked with a move away from Juve since the summer, with Chelsea and Manchester United reportedly keeping tabs on his availability.

The 22-year-old midfielder joined the Serie A giants after leaving United on a free in August 2012.

And Juve sporting director Marotta has revealed many clubs are willing to pay up to £55m in order to acquire his services.

However, the Turin outfit have no intention to let their prize asset leave.

"There are many suitors of Pogba," Marotta said.

"But we do not want to open negotiations and we want him to stay with us.

"There are clubs prepared to pay between €70m and €80m to sign him."
