GIS to hold 45th sponsored walk on Saturday

The Ghana International School (GIS) will hold its 45th Annual Sponsored Walk on Saturday at its premises in Accra.
The annual event raises money for school projects and supports for mental health, in memory of two GIS students, Jason and Kerry Fung.
A portion of the proceeds from the walk will be donated to the Pantang Psychiatric Hospital.
The Route
The walk route covers about 15 kilometres. It starts at The Comet Estate Kitase through Berekuso and ends at the Presbyterian Women’s Institute in Abokobi.

Transportation will be provided from the school to Kitase (the starting point) and back to the school at the end of the walk.
