Solutions goes to Joy Prime and Adom FM

After a successful first season on TV3, local series, Solutions is heading for Joy Prime and Adom FM from April 11.

The series premiered on TV3 in December 2017 and ended on March 8, 2018. It will be replayed on Joy Prime while a radio version will air on Adom FM.

Speaking to Showbiz, the Producer and Director of the series, Kwame Boadi, said “the radio drama of Solutions is currently in pre-production. The first broadcast is planned for the end of April on Adom FM.

“We believe that by the end of June 2018, Solutions, as an entertainment business advisory platform would be firmly established in Ghana. This will create opportunities which can be leveraged by our partners and viewers alike,” he said.

So what is Solutions all about? Imagine a TV programme woven around the dealings of a business consultancy. The consultancy, named Solutions, is located close to a central market.

The series follows the continued growth of the outfit and its dealings with diverse business entities, especially those involved in agricbusiness for which it consults.

Two childhood friends, Kofi and Ama Ganah, now husband and wife combine forces.

One with an Agric Economics background, the other with a Graphic/ Software design and advertising background. They have an efficient front desk lady, Akweley Patterson, who is the epitome of good customer service.

Kwame Boadi tells Showbiz that a key plank of the Solutions concept is to be as practical and as interactive with the business community as possible.

“That is why we are instituting an outreach programme dubbed ‘The Solutions Helpstation, starting June 2018, with a talent pool, comprising actors from the drama, business experts, finance experts, entrepreneurs and the like.

“The Solutions Helpstation will be a mobile business advisory. The major markets and other such strategic enclaves will be visited,” he said.

“These mobile clinics would allow one-on-one coaching sessions, group discussions, workshops, bank account opening and other theme-based interventions.

The sponsors of Solutions have the privilege to contribute subject matter experts and also to sell their products and services at the gathering,” he added.
