Wishing Muslims successful Ramadan... NDC prays for divine strength

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has wished Muslims in Ghana and the world over Ramadan Kareem.

“On the occasion of the sighting of the moon of Ramadan, the NDC sends its best wishes to all Muslims and pray that Almighty Allah  grant you the strength and dedication to go through this fasting successfully”.

In a statement signed by Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia, General Secretary of the party, the NDC sees this holy month as a month of forgiveness, unity, peace and brotherliness.

“We urge the nation to rally behind Muslims on this special month as they seek the face of Allah for the socio-economic and political development of the country,” the party stated.

It called on all to use the occasion to glorify the Almighty Allah for giving us life and a peaceful country, Ghana. 

“We believe and hope that your fasting, prayers and night tahajud will be accepted by Almighty Allah and, through that bless our homeland Ghana,” the party concluded.
