Transport Minister dissolves Ghana Airports Company board

The Minister for Transport, Mrs. Dzifa Attivor has with immediate effect dissolved the board of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL).

A statement from the presidency said the dissolution was on the authority of President John Dramani Mahama.

“A list of names for the reconstituting of the Board and Management of the Company is currently before the Council of State as required by law and would be announced shortly,” the statement said.
