Herbalife Ghana walks for life and fitness

Herbalife Ghana, a subsidiary of Global Nutrition Company, Herbalife Incorporated, has organised a fitness walk with its independent distributors to sensitise the general public to the need to keep fit and keep an active healthy lifestyle.

The walk attracted a good number of people who joined in the exercise from the El-Wak Stadium through some principal street of Accra.

The team converged again on the El-lwak Stadium after the walk for a post walk aerobic session.

The exercise was a collaboration between Herbalife and its independent distributors.

The occasion was also used to do some wellness and fitness evaluation and sample the company’s products.

Fitness instructors, who took the participants through the exercises, stressed good nutrition and regular exercise as vital to enhance the overall quality of life.
