Eugene heads GIJ blogging school

THE SRC of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) has appointed Eugene Nyavor, an arts and entertainment writer as the head of the newly established School of Blogging.

Eugene Nyavor who is also the CEO and founder of Gh Links, an entertainment website is a freelance journalist, blogger and an entertainment critic.

Currently studying BA Communications Studies at GIJ, Eugene has been able to build an online presence when it comes to celebrity news, lifestyle, fashion and culture.

In a chat with Showbiz on Tuesday, the obviously elated entertainment blogger who is also the publicist for the Golden Movie Awards Africa said “I am humbled. I didn’t know I will be appointed to head such an outfit but with the experience I have gained over the years, I am hopeful I will impact positively on the student body. This is the first of its kind in any school and I am highly privileged to be appointed”.
