Ahmadis hold regional rally

The National President of the Majlis Ansarullah (Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association), Alhaji Noordeen Saeed, has asked Muslim men to strive to provide good education and training for their children. This, he explained, would ensure that their children did not become liabilities to the society but rather, be able to contribute their quota towards the development of their community and the nation.

Alhaji Saeed made the call at the 22nd annual regional rally of the Greater Accra Majlis Ansarullah, which was held at the Ahmadiyya Muslim International School at old Ashongman, near Madina in Accra at the weekend.

He said it was unacceptable for any man to shun his responsibility towards his wife and children.

He appealed to members to sacrifice generously towards the progress of the association and urged them to live lives worthy of emulation by the young ones.

The Chief Executive of Insaaniyya Company Limited, Alhaji Ibrahim B. A. Bonsu, appealed to Muslims to go about their endeavours bearing in mind that they would render an account of their lives to their maker.

He said Muslims had to obey Allah and His prophet and follow the teachings of the Holy Koran.
