10 Chiefs inducted into Nungua Council
The Paramount Chief of the Nungua Traditional Council (NTC), King Odaifio Welentse III, has advised chiefs to desist from selling lands haphazardly to members of the general public.
He said chiefs must rather use their knowledge and expertise to develop their communities.
Speaking at a ceremony to induct 10 chiefs into the NTC in Accra on Tuesday, he stressed that he would rely mostly on their wisdom to administer the council.
“Chieftaincy has its own rules and regulations, and it is important for everyone who gets into the NTC to abide by the rules,” the paramount chief advised.
