Be-Light Int. holds cooking competition
Be-Light International School has organised its annual cooking contest dubbed ‘Show your cooking skills’ for students of the school.
The competition, which saw 12 groups battling to exhibit their culinary skills, was presided over by a panel of judges led by Mrs Hannah Ghartey, the Proprietress of Green Leaf Vocational Institute.
After a brief talk on the things they had to know about catering, the dos and don'ts as well as the opportunities in the field, the pupils set out to work.
At the end of the competition, Group Two, led by Lois Oppong, was adjudged the best, followed by Groups One and Seven in second and third positions, respectively. They were presented with prizes.
