A Ugandan Lords Resistance Army leader, Dominic Ongwen, is on his way to face war crimes charges in The Hague, according to the BBC.
Ongwen surrendered to stand trial for war crimes early January, claiming he did so because he did not want to "die in the bush."
A top leader of Joseph Kony's notorious LRA, Ongwen was taken into custody in early January and was one of five LRA commanders indicted by the International Criminal Court and now only Kony remains at large. The three others have died.
