Ampem Darkoa and former Black Princesses striker Princella Adubea has signed a three-year deal with Spanish side Sporting Club De Huelva.
The club announced the transfer of the player on Saturday, June 1 via Twitter. “We are pleased to announce that our striker, Princella Adubea has been transferred to Sporting Club De Huelva in Spain for a period of 3 years. Congratulations striker,” the statement read.
In April, she was declared fit to return to active football after nursing an injury for a 14 months.
She missed the U-20 Women’s World Cup in France in August, 2018 due to the injury.
She was an integral part of the team during the qualifiers netting 10 goals for the Black Princesses to become the joint top scorer of the U-20 Women's World Cup qualifiers but her dreams of dazzling at the world stage were cut short due to the injury.
The 20-year-old star forward netted 38 goals for National Women's League champions, Ampem Darkoa in the last two seasons as well as emerging the top scorer of the last Women's FA Cup.
