Ghanaian midfielder Jennifer Cudjoe has joined Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) side Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves ahead of the 2020 league season.
“Let’s give a warm welcome to the Ghana national team player and Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves SC newcomer, Jennifer Cudjoe. Cudjoe will be joining the stadium bound Chatt Lady Red Wolves for season 2020,” the club announced via their official Twitter account on Tuesday.
The former Hasaacas Ladies midfielder joined the WPSL club from USL outfit Ashville, where she was named in the club’s team of the decade.
She joined Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves together with Southeastern Conference’s two-time Offensive Player of the Year, Carli Banks.
Jennifer, 25, has made it three times at the FIFA Women’s competitions where she featured twice for the Black Maidens and once with the Black Princesses.
In 2015, she was adjudged Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Female Footballer of the Year. Jennifer was also named in the WPSL All Star Team on three occasions and she clinched the NJCAA Player of the Year in 2014.
