Accra Hearts of Oak have added former Liberty Professionals striker, Bernard Arthur to their list of signees in preparation towards the upcoming season.
Hearts grabbed the striker who returned from Algeria after terminating his contract with AS Aïn M’lila. Arthur and her former employers, AS Aïn M’lila, agreed to part ways on mutual terms.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Bernard Arthur. The former Ghana youth international has signed a long term contract with our club,” the Phobians announced on Monday.
The 22-year-old attacker joined AS Aïn M’lila from Tanzanian side Azam FC after leaving Liberty Professionals two seasons ago.
He is expected to join forces with sensational forward Joseph Esso to lead the Hearts attack.
The Phobians have already signed Dominic Eshun from Karela United and have also renewed the contracts of youngsters Umar Manaf and Michelle Sarpong for the season.
